Ticket delivery (Official app): Tickets are delivered via app-to-app transfer through the official Roland-Garros app. You must download the app and create an account using the same email you used for the purchase.

How you will receive them: Tickets will be transferred in the app to the buyer’s email. We need 1 email per 2 attendees (if there are 4 attendees, we’ll need 2 emails). Once sent, you’ll receive a notification with steps to import/download the tickets in your app.

Required details: To process the transfer, we need Full name, Date of birth and Email (1 email per 2 attendees).

No. Events labeled "Outside Courts" (or "Pistas Exteriores") give access to the venue and outside courts only. They do NOT include access to the main courts/stadiums (e.g., Philippe-Chatrier, Suzanne-Lenglen or Simonne-Mathieu).
Yes. The schedule can change due to tournament decisions or weather. Always check your session details before attending.
To maximise your chances of seeing top stars, choose the main-court sessions (Philippe-Chatrier). The order of play can change.
